Welcome to Emma Ziff Your Fertility Wingwoman (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing services or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

We provide fertility-focused coaching, therapeutic support, and holistic resources. This work does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always consult a licensed provider before making health-related decisions.

2. Coaching & Fertility Support Sessions

Session Format:

Support may include live calls, messaging, downloadable tools, and recorded content. Sessions are for emotional and practical support - not for diagnosis or treatment.

Emergency Disclaimer:

We do not provide emergency mental health support. If you're in crisis, please seek help from a licensed therapist or emergency services.

Session Recordings:
With your permission, sessions may be recorded for your reference or to support your progress. You can opt out of recordings at any time. Recordings are private and will never be shared without your consent.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged in full or deducted from your package.

Refunds:
1:1 sessions and coaching packages are non-refundable once started. Transfers or credits may be offered in exceptional cases.

3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Access:

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Content may not be shared.

Billing:

Memberships renew automatically each month or year, depending on your plan.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us by email. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date. If canceled late, you will still be charged for the upcoming period, and access continues until it ends.

Refunds:

No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.

4. Courses & Digital Products

Access:

Content is available for the timeframe stated at purchase. All materials are for personal use only.

Results Disclaimer:

Fertility outcomes vary. No specific results (including pregnancy) can be guaranteed.

Refunds:

Unless otherwise stated, all digital product sales are final.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove anyone from a course or group for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given in these cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, frameworks, and written materials, belongs to Emma Ziff. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree to use our services at your own risk. We are not liable for any outcomes or damages related to your use of our content or sessions. We do not promise or guarantee specific fertility outcomes.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information shared with us is handled respectfully and kept confidential unless required by law.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement to any changes.
